Management and staff work closely with the people we support to craft individualized service plans that guide their quest for a more independent and fulfilled life. We encourage them to take an active role in designing their services to empower them and reinforce it is their life!
In addition to 1:1 service provision, another important aspect of independence is found through cultivating a supportive community. Thus, CS offers a wide-array of community-based and social activities throughout each month.
Who we support
We support adults with a wide range of abilities and challenges including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, seizure disorder, cerebral palsy, physical challenges, traumatic brain injury, and mental illness.
